Un-Rush RETREAT

Find Your Own Rhythm Between Vineyards And The Dolomites

The German language Edition of this Retreat is in JUNE 2026 in South Tyrol, Italy.
The English language Edition of this Retreat is in OCTOBER 2026 in South Tyrol.

Four days just for you.

Time to pause, take a deep breath, and reconnect.

Together, we will explore what it feels like to rush less and be more.

A Retreat For People Who Refuse To Let The World Set Their Speed.

Imagine a historic farmhouse and manor in the middle of vineyards with a view of a lake and the mountains to pause, reconnect with yourself and like-minded souls to create and design your own rhythm for daily life.

THE IDEA

What if you could live at your own pace again?

Many of us today live at a pace that no longer feels natural. Appointments, expectations, digital distractions, and the constant pressure to be productive leave little room to pause and reflect. And yet, many people feel deep down that there could be another way.

This is not about slow living. We are not arguing for slow as rest or recovery, but for slow as power.

This is about gaining inner clarity, precision, and presence that speed permanently destroys.

This is for people who have a gnawing sense that the speed they’re running at is making them less, not more.

Un-rushing is a way of moving through the world with trust instead of urgency.

WHAT MAKES THIS RETREAT SPECIAL

This gathering is about giving yourself permission to find the inner rhythm that serves you best and to build greater trust in your power of slow.

  • It’s not about experiencing as many activities as possible.

  • It’s about creating time. Time for conversations, silence, and insights about yourself.

  • Choosing slowness is a lifestyle choice.

The power of small groups

The retreat takes place in a small, personal group.

This creates space for genuine conversations, for listening, and for encounters that can inspire.

Nature as part of the experience

The South Tyrolean landscape is not just a backdrop—it is part of the retreat.

We spend time outdoors, walking together through vineyards, forests, and hills.

Coaching while walking

Part of the retreat takes place during a leisurely hike in nature.

Walking coaching often leads to surprisingly clear insights. Movement, landscape, and conversation work together to open up new perspectives.

A place with character

We are at a historic estate or farm in South Tyrol.

Such places are typical of the region – with mature structures, thick walls, surrounding vineyards, and an atmosphere that combines tranquility and history.

WHY YOU SHOULD CARE

  • The most liberating freedom is to know ourselves, and BE ourselves.

  • You want to be unburdened by the weight of external expectations.

  • You are tired of accepting a loud, hustle-driven, and overwhelming world as normal.

  • Slowing down allows for a new vision, and you end up appreciating individual things and people much more.

  • In this longevity era, progress can’t just mean more speed and output, but it must include practices that restore attention, presence, and meaning.

  • Stillness isn’t a pause from progress; it’s what makes sustainable progress possible.

PROGRAM

Calm down, Go up, Find balance

The days are structured around the idea of arriving, calming down, going up, and finding balance.

  • There will be time for good views and vibes.

  • We take a leisurely hike in nature, where you experience being coached while walking (with specialized Coach Markus). Walking in nature opens your and you find “your” blocks and energy spots while walking.

  • We indulge in (and practice) being with yourself and stillness.

  • We have conversations and exchange our thoughts on values, self-awareness, rhythm of life, and personal orientation in an ever-accelerating world

  • You have time to pause and reflect.

  • We have dinner together with local food

On the last afternoon, we work on feedback and “action-plan” (in a fun, creative way) in the sense that you have at least one thing in your hands to proceed your journey. We have a few surprises sprinkled throughout the Retreat.

WHO THIS RETREAT IS FOR

This retreat is for the curious and unconventional ones.

For those who refuse to let the world set their speed.

Designed for the overwhelmed professional, the guilt-ridden rester, the identity seeker, the busy addict, the socially pressured, the rebel, and the unconventional thinkers who want a break from the rushed life, away from screens, to-dos, and notifications, and are longing for inspirations, sparks, and sparkles.

In short, for curious people who want to get closer to themselves again.

WHAT YOU TAKE AWAY WITH YOU

After days like these, you take away one thing above all else: greater clarity.

Clarity about

  • What is really important to you

  • What your own rhythm could look like

  • And what small changes are possible in your everyday lives

  • How to reconfigure your life around what truly matters

The retreat does not provide ready-made answers.

But it creates space for your own answers to emerge.

YOUR RETREAT LEADERS AND GUIDES

Your Retreat leaders are Claudia and Markus.

Hi, I am Claudia, the author of this publication Un-Rush.
I love bringing together people to inspire each other
and connecting like-minded souls for talking, thinking, and transformation. For the past 10 years, I did this for a cohort of photographers, connecting passionate amateur photographers with professional photographers/instructors at a historic winery in northern Italy to dig deeper into imaging creativity and the art of seeing.

What participants said about my events is that I created and organized them with “heart, style, and structure” and “lots of love to the detail and such care for each participant”. “You have the talent to attract and bring together the right people who fit together”.

Now I am turning my attention to transferring my experience and enthusiasm for gathering inspirational and seeking minds to those who want to tap into their power of slow in a beautiful, inspiring place. Imagine being in the middle of vineyards, with a view of a lake and the Dolomites, while building your confidence to counteract the hurry culture and find your own personal rhythm.
