Relaunch of the publication and launching of a discount offer for you
A bit of tweaking, tuning, and thinking led to reframing how I help you to face a hurried world.
Today, I am excited to share a small change and slight realignment of my publication Un-Rush The Power of Slow.
I fine-tuned the look and reframed my perspective a little: the publication’s vision is to give you clarity and confidence in standing up against a rushing world and embracing your lifestyle of slowing down.
Based on the idea that we often learn the most from the stories that aren't our own, I will cover in Un-Rush stories of people and businesses that have proven successfully that a decelerated approach and the power of slow outperform hurry and superficiality.
Here is what I’d like to share with you:
To the Rebels against a rushing world,
You probably experienced times when talking about slowing down and its benefits you were met with hopeless looks along the lines of "Sounds great, but unfortunately, it doesn't work in today's world!"
I have.
Many times.
Do you realize how we all seem to accept a loud, hustle-driven, and overwhelming world? It clearly looks like that slowing down, thoughtfulness, and awareness are misunderstood and underrated. Yet, these are the very things we need to navigate this crazy and fast world. You’ve been sold this broken idea that only an everything-now culture and a keep-running-and-don’t-think attitude will bring you progress and fortune.
Do you still believe that?
I don’t.
You live in a society based on speed and productivity and if you want to move slowly, it seems like a radical act. So, you better follow the herds of speed-addicted sheep around you. But the truth is that the sheep herd often confuses speed and busyness with efficiency and success. Do you want to be one of them?
My question is this: Do you see speed as a problem or a solution? And how would you like to look at slowing down? As a solution or a problem?
Stick around if you want to join me and a community of like-minded rebels on the journey to withstand the high-stress levels of an urgency-culture.
You will see that the smartest people in the world are slowing down, not speeding up. There are individuals, organizations, and businesses out there who recognize the benefits of slowing down which comes with valuing relationships over transaction and long-term thinking over short-term superficiality. They understand that slowing down is about prioritizing to spend the right amount of time on the things that matter most.
You will find various new sections—SlowPOWER, SlowPEOPLE, SlowPLACES, SlowPHOTOGRAPHY, and SlowLIFESTYLE—with stories, background information, insights, and listings.
You might already be on the way to slowing down but would enjoy some company and the confidence that you are on the right path?….then WELCOME!
The rushing world doesn’t stop hurrying, burning, and pressuring you and everyone else. It’s up to us to rebel against it.
Join me today and be part of the movement to un-rush and embrace the mindset and practicality of the power of slow.
It would be cool to have you in the community.

It’s interesting that I came across your post and Substack. Last year, I made a deliberate decision to slow down in my approach to everything. I’ve become more mindful and intentional with my writing, exercising, crafting, cooking, and even tidying up around the house.
The result? I’m enjoying everything so much more. Surprisingly, I’ve also discovered that I get the same amount of work done in the same amount of time—but with greater satisfaction.
High five on this fine-tuning, Claudia. Looking forward to reading more from you in 2025!
